Back in 2016 the Spanish League full-time Coaches Bart Iaccarino and Jesus Sanchez started their plans to create events in Europe that could help the growth of the sport they loved, “American Football”. Iaccarino and Sanchez, both were import players in the past, and they have plenty of experience in football either as coaches, players, or events operators.

Their biggest project together is the brand new professional team Barcelona Dragons, but they also run other successful projects, like the Europe Warriors, the Flag Football Tournament Champions Bowl, and the clothes brand Warrior Skin.
They use these 5 points as pillars to develop every brand they own until now:

1. Make players and coaches live once-in-a-lifetime experiences while they learn, play, and enjoy football.
2. Create events that help Players and Coaches to learn from some of the bests Coaches in the world.
3. Bring together the largest networking football community in Europe.
4. To give the best possible product to the participants.
5. Spread the core values of American Football.

Finally, after working several years in making contacts with some of the best coaches in the world, they are ready to bring to life the “1st European Coaches Convention” with Coach Wade Phillips as the main Speaker. This first edition will take place in Berlin, but the idea is to have different locations every year.
